The City of St. Albert's Municipal Development Plan was adopted in June 2007, following extensive public consultation. The purpose of the plan is to articulate the community's vision, goals, objectives and policies that guide St. Albert's physical, social and economic development. Also, to ensure appropriate residential, commercial and industrial developments occur, the City of St. Albert has a Land Use Bylaw, which can be found here.
