Route 202 detour to 100 Street in Downtown Edmonton to remain in effect.
Due to the unpredictable nature of roadway construction and detours in the vicinity of the new Provincial Museum, St. Albert Transit will not be returning Route 202 to its previous travel on 97 Street.
To provide access for passengers of Route 202 who normally board on 103A Avenue west of 97 Street (across from City Hall), Route 202 will begin using bus stop #1364 located on 100 Street northbound at 103 Avenue, on west side of City Hall.
This change is slated to remain in place for the remainder of 2014. Route 202 will undergo further changes in January 2015 to coincide with the opening of the NAIT LRT line. Further details on this change will be available in the fall of 2014.
St. Albert Transit apologizes for any inconvenience and it is our hope that the new bus stop will not be too great a distance over the old location. Click here for a map of Route 202 alternate routes. If you require further information, please call our Transit customer service at (780) 418-6060
