
Smart Growth Hybrid
A revised proposal. Northwest Lands: Essential Elements for Growth (known as the Smart Growth Hybrid) was presented to Council on April 6, 2010, in response to its direction of January 4, 2010, for new Smart Growth concepts. A motion was made to accept this proposal, and was subsequently withdrawn on May 25, 2010.
On April 6, 2010, Council made a series of motions that defined the St. Albert Model for Future Growth.
