- Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

You can also register online - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Payment must be made at the time of registration by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Call 780-459-1585 or emailtaketime@st-albert.net to obtain your ID and pin number. (Please note, withdrawals and transfers are not accepted online.)
All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 administration fee. However, when the department cancels a program a full refund or credit will be issued.

Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or combine classes due to low enrollment. All cancelled programs will receive a 100% refund.Withdrawals
All withdrawals are subject to a $5 administration fee.Medical Withdrawal
A pro-rated refund will be issued with medical documentation.Non-Medical Withdrawals
We will issue a partial refund less the $5 administration fee up to 7 days prior to the start date of a program. No refunds will be issued after this time. Unusual circumstances will be considered and subject to approval by the Programmer or Administrative Supervisor.Transfers
If you need to transfer to another class we require that you do so 7 days prior to the start date of the class. Transfers will not be accepted on or after the start date of programs. A fee adjustment may be necessary.Please note:
- Make-up classes are not available.
- Refunds are not issued for classes missed during a session.
- Non-attendance in a class does not constitute a withdrawal.
- Late registrations are accepted when space is available in the class. (The course fee will be
pro-rated.)
