Anxiety Awareness: A Parent’s Guide to Helping Kids Thrive

Join City of St. Albert Community Services and the St. Albert Family Resource Centre for a free parenting workshop series on anxiety in children and teens.

Each workshop will focus on a 45-minute video from Dr. Caroline, a Calgary-based psychologist who has worked with children, teens and families for nearly 30 years. Her expertise will equip parents with the tools to recognize anxiety, coach their kids through big emotions and empower families to confront anxiety while building resilience.
