Urban Development Branch

The Urban Development Branch provides:

• Area Structure Plan, Subdivision and Development project reviews ensuring identification of engineering requirements;
• Residential land development and construction ensuring municipal standards are met through the issuance of Development Agreements;
• Project development and construction monitoring (commercial, industrial, institutional);
• Plan approvals, site inspections, acceptances, general technical support, management-administration;
• Encroachment administration;
