Handibus Consultation

Final Report

Over the past several months, St. Albert Transit has been reviewing our Handibus program.  We hired IBI Group do a study on how we compare to other systems and where improvements can be made.  Steve Wilks presented his findings to Council on Monday, May 7, 2012. 

The full Final Report is now available for public review.

The report will be online until June 8 and during that time we hope you’ll get a chance to go through it and provide your feedback to us.  We will factor in all feedback as we continue to go forward to Council with business cases related to Handibus.
