St. Albert Model for Future Growth
A series of motions by Council on April 6, 2010, outlines the St. Albert Model for Future Growth. Administration was asked to prepare a report on the implications of these motions which will be brought before Council on October 4, 2010.
Essentially these motions, which are considered the St. Albert Model for Future Growth, result in no change to how St. Albert develops in the future, with the exception of one transit-oriented development towards the north end of St. Albert Trail.
