Curbside Recycling

Curbside recycling is now available for all residents who have curbside garbage pickup. Simply put your recyclables in clear blue bags and then place them at your curbside on the same day as garbage pickup. Please ensure you have your blue bags out at the curb by 7 a.m.
  • No sorting or tags are needed!
  • There is no limit to the number of clear blue bags residents can put at the curbside.
  • Blue bags can be purchased for any grocery or hardware store that sells garbage bags.
  • Please remember to tie your blue bag at the top.
  • Check out the quick reference sheet (pdf).

Why has curbside recycling been implemented?

  • To provide an easy, convenient way for residents to recycle.
  • To provide an opportunity for residents to recycle a wider range of materials.
  • To further St. Albert's commitment to maintaining a healthy, natural environment and ensuring its sustainability for future generations.
