Four duplex units were built by Habitat for Humanity in 2009 through the generous contributions from community volunteers of time and funding. The City of St. Albert contributed to the purchase of the land for these homes through a combination of Affordable Housing Grant Funding allocated to St. Albert from the Province of Alberta and city funding.
